Unfortunately, due to the custom-made and special order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if any item arrives damaged in transit or is returned as undeliverable by courier services then please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery so that a claim can be quickly handled. Re-delivery arrangements will promptly be made once contact has been established.
